UBYou Community Shipping Policy

Due to ongoing supplier restrictions you may experience added delays in receiving your package.

Our delivery dates are only estimated dates and could vary depending on restrictions in your area. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders are estimated to take 5-10 business days to arrive.

For the shipping of our mugs we use flat rate shipping which does provide you with a tracking number which will be sent out to you once your order has been sent.

For our creative art pieces we use live shipping rates which you the customer can choose from. It is recommended to choose a method of shipping that provides you with a shipping number. Your tracking number will be sent out to you once your order has been sent.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Not all shipping companies provide delivery to a P.O Box or APO/FPO if your selected shipping provider does not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO you will be contacted to set up an alternative shipping address or delivery provider.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All orders will be sent out a shipping confirmation by email. If you have purchased shipping with a tracking number or if you have purchased one of our mugs you will receive by email your tracking number once your order has been sent.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of you the customer and by purchasing from us you understand and agree to pay any customs, duties and tax charges.

Damages

International Shipping Policy

All international shipping policies are in accordance to the country of origin and the shipping provider that you the customer has selected. 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note when purchasing a digital item, meditation, course, or coaching program you will not be receiving a physical item shipped to you.
